The dialog allows you to generate ready-to-use Javascript code that you can paste into menu .js file.

HTML version of Deluxe Tuner can't save menu data into .js files directly.
You should create new .js file or open existent one using a text editor and copy all content from the text area of the dialog using clipboard.
