XP Style TaskBar - Javascript Drop Menu

This template imitates Windows XP taskbar. Hover over Start button.
The look of this template is defined by the following parameters:

    - We've created taskbar buttons as image-based ones
    - This is CSS-based menu
    - Sub menus orientation - they are opened from bottom to top
    - A lot of individual items styles and individual submenus styles are used
    - First submenu is divided into 2 columns
    - Menu has a relative position     - Dhtml menu has a shadow
    - Items have icons and arrows
    - Fade effect
    - Keystrokes support: Ctrl+F2 - activate keystrokes; arrows - navigation; Esc - turn off keystrokes support.
